# How often is the data refreshed?

Smartbooks refreshes data from connected systems **multiple times per hour**.

You can see the **last refresh time** at the bottom of the application. This timestamp indicates when the most recent successful data update was completed.

### Manually refreshing data

If the last refresh was some time ago, you can:

* Click the **refresh button** next to the last refresh timestamp to trigger an update

### Checking the integration status

For more detailed information:

* Go to **Settings → Integrations** to see when each data source was last refreshed

If there is an issue with the connection:

* Click **Reconnect** in the top-right corner to re-establish the integration
