# Can I change reporting periods in bulk?

Yes. Smartbooks allows you to change reporting periods for **multiple entities at once** using the bulk reporting period screen.

To do this:

1. Go to **Settings → Subscription → Reporting Periods**
2. Select the entities that are still in a previous reporting period
3. Choose the new reporting period in the top-right corner
4. Click **Move**

The selected entities will be moved to the new reporting period within a few seconds.
